Event Details

Location: Chaparosa Ranch, Rio Verde Foothills, AZ
Date & Time: Saturday November 8th 8:30 AM -3:30 PM (Tasting Begins at 11:00 AM)
Entry Fee: $50 (Non-refundable)
Eligibility: Ages 18+ only

Event Schedule

9:30 AM - Contestant/Vendor Check-In & Booth Setup
10:30 AM - On-Site Prep & Food Safety Inspection
11:00 AM - Tasting Begins
12:30 PM - Chili Pints Collected for Rural Metro Blind Taste Test
2:00 PM - Tasting Closes 
2:30 PM - Winners Announced & Booths Can Begin Clean Up (not tear down)

Additional Info

  • Each vendor will be provided a 10’ x 10’ outdoor booth space.
  • You may set up your booth the evening before, if you prefer. Please let us know in advance. 
  • All vendors are expected to remain set up until the event ends.
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment including tables, chairs, tent, signage, and a trash receptacle.
  • Vendors are expected to promote the event on social media once per week leading up to the event.
  • This is an alcohol-free event. 
  • Due to bio-security reasons, dogs are not allowed.

Vendor Agreement

  • I agree to pay the non-refundable $50 vendor fee upon acceptance.

  • I will donate at least one item or gift certificate to the event raffle.

  • I will supply my own tables, chairs, tent, signage, trash receptacle and necessary equipment.

  • I understand my booth area is limited to 10’ x 10’ and will not exceed the boundary.

  • I will follow all event parking guidelines, including unloading times and designated vendor parking areas.

  • I will promote the event on my business social media at least once per week leading up to the event.

  • I understand that setup and breakdown is my responsibility.

  • I understand the event is rain or shine — no refunds issued. Chaparosa Ranch is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss during the event.
