Event Schedule

8:30 AM -10:30 AM - Contestant/Vendor Check-In & Booth Setup
12:00 PM - Tasting Begins
2:30 PM - Tasting Closes
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM - Winners Announced

Traditional Vendor

Each vendor will be provided a 10’ x 10’ outdoor booth space. Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment.

For just $75, your business name or logo will be featured on our Supporting Sponsor Banner, 10 x 10, prominently displayed at the 8A Chaparosa Ranch throughout the event for maximum visibility to attendees. Vendor Agreement

  • I agree to pay the non-refundable vendor fee upon registration.
  • I will supply my own tables, chairs, tent, signage, trash receptacle and necessary equipment.
  • I understand my booth area is limited to 10’ x 10’ and will not exceed the boundary.
  • I will follow all event parking guidelines, including unloading times and designated vendor parking areas.
  • I will promote the event on my business social media at least once per week leading up to the event.
  • I understand that setup and breakdown is my responsibility.
  • I understand the event is rain or shine — no refunds issued. 8A Chaparosa Ranch, LLC is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss during the event.
  • MUST provide proof of liability insurance, with 8A Chaparosa Ranch, LLC listed as "Additional Insured.” ** In need of an Insurance reference, please contact Western Ag. at 877-852-5384.
